Sessions

I aim to provide a safe and confidential space in which you can share and explore your concerns. I offer a free initial consultation where we will discuss your reasons for coming to therapy. It is also an opportunity for us to see if we are able to work together.

Sessions will be on a weekly basis and will last for 50 minutes. I charge £40 per session.
